Případné uzákonění minimálně pětitýdenní dovolené místo stávajících čtyř týdnů pracovního volna by většině z malých a středních podnikatelů a firem nevadilo. Z možných změn v zákoníku práce, které se připravovaly, by se naopak podnikatelům a živnostníkům nezamlouval bod týkající se podmínky převedení pracovníka na jinou práci jen s jeho souhlasem, vyplynulo z průzkumu ČSOB Index očekávání firem.
V případě minimální mzdy, která je nyní nastavena na 11 000 korun měsíčně, se v součtu 46 % podnikatelů kloní k tomu, že by její hladina měla být zvýšena nebo zachována. Naproti tomu 36 % dotazovaných by bylo pro její snížení. Vedle těchto táborů existuje ještě skupina 18 % podnikatelů, kteří míní, že minimální mzdu by bylo nejlepší úplně zrušit.
