Čeká se další růst sazeb
Téměř polovina malých a středních firem a podnikatelů očekává v letošním roce další růst základních úrokových sazeb České národní banky. Čtvrtina z nich předpokládá zvýšení úroků na 0,75 procenta a více než pětina vzestup nad tuto hladinu. Silnější tempo růstu sazeb očekávají spíše malé firmy s obratem do tří milionů korun, což jsou ty, které mohou být růstem úroků více ohroženy. Vyplývá to z pravidelného průzkumu Index očekávání firem ČSOB.
„Předpokládáme, že ČNB bude i v roce 2018 pokračovat se zvyšováním úrokových sazeb. Na konci letošního roku by se tak mohla její hlavní úroková sazba dostat na úroveň 1,25 procenta. „První zvýšení sazeb přitom přijde podle našeho názoru na řadu hned v únoru,“ uvedl Martin Kupka, hlavní ekonom ČSOB. Základní úroková sazba České národní banky je od loňského 3. listopadu půl procenta. Průzkum se uskutečnil koncem října a v listopadu, kdy byla úroková sazba na hodnotě 0,25 procenta.
Polovina firem se na růst úroků vůbec nepřipravuje, a tvrdí, že se jich netýká. A další dvě pětiny si zase myslí, že růst bude tak mizivý, takže není třeba situaci vůbec sledovat. Pouze deset procent firem se buď již proti růstu sazeb zajistilo, nebo toto opatření nejbližší době plánuje.
Stále bohužel platí, že velká část firem a podnikatelů nevěnuje dostatečnou pozornost tomu, že se již nacházíme v období postupného růstu úrokových sazeb, a tedy zvyšujících se nákladů na vnější financování. Pokud by firmy tyto tržní rizika zbytečně nepodceňovaly, tak si ušetří nejen peníze, ale i starosti,“ řekl Petr Manda, výkonný ředitel Firemního bankovnictví ČSOB.
